UV levels are higher when closer to the equator and at higher altitudes.  

Cloud Cover:

Clouds generally reduce exposure to UV levels, but light or thin clouds may enhance them. 

Ground Reflection:

Surfaces like snow and sand can reflect UV radiation, increasing exposure. 

Ozone Layer:

Variations in ozone levels affect the amount of UV radiation reaching the Earth's surface. 

To stay informed about your area's sun exposure risks, regularly check the UV Index through daily weather forecasts.
