The Application Process
To be considered for a franchise, we will need to know a little bit about you. Please complete our Franchise Business Opportunity Application.
Step 3
Due Diligence
Once your application has received preliminary approval from Massage Heights Headquarters, you will receive from us critical information needed to conduct your due diligence, such as a copy of the Massage Heights UFDD and an outline of a typical Discovery Day agenda.
During this most important step, our office will work closely with you to review the UFDD and answer all of your questions regarding the Massage Heights franchise. You will have an opportunity to contact current Massage Heights Franchisees, review the UFDD and address any outstanding issues or concerns before moving forward to the next step. At the same time, Massage Heights headquarters will be evaluating your application and considering both your qualifications and level of enthusiasm. We will only then contact you to advise you of the results of your application.
Once you have completed the above criteria and your application has been approved, we will extend and invitation to attend a Discovery Day meeting at Massage Heights headquarters.
Step 4
Discovery Day
Upon the successful completion of the prior steps, a mutually convenient date and time is set and plans are made for a "Day Of Discovery" at Massage Heights headquarters. You will visit San Antonio, Texas to meet with Massage Heights executives, Team Members, Representatives and others to walk through all of the details associated with the development of your new Massage Heights Clinic. During this visit the following points of interest will be covered:
- Company history, culture and vision.
- Training and education provided for Franchisees.
- Site selection.
- Lease negotiation.
- Clinic layout and design.
- Massage Heights support services.
- Local clinics tour.
The exchange of information is a critical component in gaining mutual confidence, but it is only part of the purpose of your visit to Massage Heights headquarters. Another very important aspect of Massage Heights Discovery Day meeting is to give us the opportunity to get to know each other, set expectations, and build a strong foundation for our relationship before moving forward. Upon the successful completion of this step, we will enter into the franchise agreement and begin our professional relationship; one that is built on our like vision, respect for one another, trust, and faith in the Massage Heights system.
